We are hiring a Press Operator to safely set up and operate stamping presses in a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with single and progressive die sets and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow within a supportive and high-performing team.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Set up tools, feeders, payoffs, and coil straighteners
Handle, use, and install tooling and materials safely
Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality
Ensure proper materials, tools, and equipment are available and in good condition prior to production
Follow process instructions to meet customer specifications
Operate related handling equipment safely
Maintain a clean and safety-oriented work environment
Follow all EPA, OSHA, and internal safety guidelines
Report incidents, near misses, and support a proactive safety culture
Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned
Compensation
Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications
13 years of press operator experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail with solid communication and multitasking skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Proficient with measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and comparators
Must be able to read and write in English and follow both written and oral instructions
Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed
