We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Operator to join our team in Chicago. The successful candidate will:

1. Identify and troubleshoot complex quality problems.
2. Monitor and replace coils of steel.
3. Wire and package rows of laminations.
4. Provide training to less experienced operators.
5. Lift 15–50 lb. rows of laminations.
6. Maintain quality specifications by inspecting parts, reading blueprints, and following packaging specifications.
7. Document quality and productivity logs; monitor activity on computer terminals at each press.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety rules and regulations.
9. Demonstrate strong mechanical ability.
10. Understand and comply with policies and procedures of operation; apply them appropriately.
11. Stay current with and apply new work methods, skills, and technologies.
12. Work effectively in multiple functional areas.
13. Prioritize and organize work to produce measurable results.
14. Assess situations accurately and determine appropriate actions.
15. Utilize resources effectively and responsibly.
16. Take ownership of personal self-development.
