Qualifications

• Experience servicing or installing windows and doors (Pella experience preferred)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read service orders, installation guides, and technical documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform punch-out and final service work on windows and doors after installation
• Diagnose and correct issues such as window/door alignment and hardware adjustments
• Identify warranty vs. non-warranty issues and document findings
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, and site supervisors about work performed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in finished homes
• Complete service tickets, photos, and reports accurately and on time
• Follow all installation and service guidelines and safety standards
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and parts needs
