Job summary

Heat Exchanger Group is seeking an engineer to work with customers and the outside sales team to determine application requirements and to size and select pumps and related equipment for customer projects.

You will review specifications, bid documents, and equipment requirements, providing technical support throughout quotations and the application process. Coordinate with vendors, production, service, and sales to keep projects on schedule and communicate updates to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and the outside sales team to identify application requirements.
• Size and select pumps and related equipment for customer applications.
• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations.
• Review engineering specifications, bid documents, and equipment requirements.
• Provide technical support throughout the quotation and application process.
• Troubleshoot pump application and operational issues.
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and technical information.
• Coordinate with production, service, and sales to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate project updates and requirements with customers and internal teams.
