Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, process or technical administration, or related fields.
• 1+ years’ experience managing the implementation and support of projects.
• CAPM is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, project management skills, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to develop, lead, monitor, motivate, and support working teams.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision and oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with databases, Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track Sales, Engineering, and Production flow to ensure timely project completion.
• Verify completeness and approval of scope of work, equipment, submittal documents, data sheets, and project plans.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and clarify expectations to keep projects on time and budget.
• Define responsibilities of all parties involved, including customers, management, and vendors.
• Identify and communicate scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
• Facilitate solutions with customers and management for project issues.
• Ensure documentation control and adherence to internal procedures.
• Identify improvements to standardize build assembly approaches.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and team members.
• Pursue educational opportunities and certifications to maintain knowledge.
