The candidate will prepare shop packs, track project progress, and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders. A strong background in SYSPRO, ERP systems, and Excel is essential to drive on-time shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, supply chain or related field.
• 5-6 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor open orders in SYSPRO/Telerik and add into month-wise master schedule.
• Prepare work center production plan based on sales orders and ship dates.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Inventory, and Production to optimize shipping schedules.
• Inform sales/project management of delays and changes.
• Prepare and present scheduling reports and performance metrics.
• Assist in resource allocation and planning to improve project efficiency.
• Monitor daily labor and material receipt; adjust schedules as needed.
