Qualifications

• Experience should demonstrate proficiency in coordinating multiple tasks and teams.
• Ability to quote/estimate jobs and assist sales personnel.
• Experience in processing POs into fabrication jobs and interfacing with engineering.
• Strong organizational skills to plan, schedule, and supervise progress of jobs.
• Ability to check stock, back orders, vendor schedules and shipping dates.
• Experience with monitoring job costing and closing jobs monthly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs as per specifications provided and assist CSSR functions for the branch.
• Quote/estimate jobs, assisting sales personnel.
• Process purchase orders into fabrication jobs.
• Order parts from BOM provided by engineering, general manager, branch salesman, customers or previous jobs.
• Interface with engineering department.
• Answer delivery inquiries and follow up on purchasing and receiving of specific product.
• Plan, schedule and supervise progress of jobs.
• Expedite order inquiries, check status of orders and back orders; investigate defects and incorrect shipments.
• Gather information to close jobs monthly.
• Monitor job costing.
• Coordinate project details to ensure on-time completion.
