Job summary

Honeywell Sundyne seeks a Program Management Specialist to support administrative processes across the project lifecycle. You will partner with the Project Manager to coordinate activities, maintain schedules, and ensure customer requirements are met on pump and compressor projects.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, timely communications, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• 2+ years using MS Office Suite to manage schedules, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• 2+ years delivering professional written and verbal communications to internal teams, customers, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 2+ years managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Project Manager.
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer progress reports.
• Coordinate project activities and timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve scheduling and project-related issues with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status, action items, and deadlines with customers and internal teams.
• Draft project communications and correspondence.
• Serve as backup support for the Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit project documentation to customers.
• Review, distribute, and track customer redlines and revisions.
• Generate weekly project status reports and present updates to management.
• Assist with monthly budget tracking and reporting for PM and Finance.
