Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Dickinson, ND is seeking a Pump Shop Technician to service and repair customers’ pumps and related equipment under the supervision of the Pump Shop Manager. You will disassemble, repair, and assemble pumps, and handle rods and safety systems for field and shop applications.

Responsibilities include coordinating drop-offs and pickups, completing PSR paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Travel to customer sites up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of oil field experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and drive a one-ton pickup when required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-conscious work habits.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and assemble pumps and related equipment.
• Handle sucker rods and oil field products and safety systems.
• Deliver and pick up customer pumps for repair.
• Assist in loading/unloading freight and manage paperwork such as PSR.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and shop cleanliness.
• Discuss repair status with supervisor and attend meetings as needed.
• Maintain company vehicle per policy and perform other duties as assigned.
