Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Utah seeks a Pump Shop Technician to service and repair pumps and related equipment. You will disassemble, repair, and assemble pumps, handle sucker rods and oil field products, and coordinate deliveries and pickups for repairs.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED with oil field experience (2 years preferred). Travel up to 10% may be required. A strong emphasis on safety and paperwork accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years oil field experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and drive a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and assemble pumps and related pump shop products.
• Handle sucker rods and oil field supplies and safety systems equipment.
• Deliver and pick up customer pumps for repair.
• Assist in loading/unloading pump and rod product freight.
• Maintain PSR paperwork for pumps serviced in the district.
• Discuss repairs with Pump Shop Manager/Supervisor and ensure safe workplace.
• Keep the shop clean and organized; perform other duties as assigned.
