Seeking a Field Service or Pump Shop Manager

We are hiring a Field Service or Pump Shop Manager for a direct hire position with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in the Bay Area, CA.

This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, 401(k), paid holidays, Life and Disability Insurance, and additional supplemental products.

Shift Time: Mon - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: $100k - $120k annually, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage field service personnel for pump repair, maintenance, and installation
2. Plan and oversee product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
3. Provide technical assistance and on-site support for products and equipment
4. Ensure products function properly
5. Maximize uptime

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of relevant field service management experience
2. Experience managing a pump repair team is highly preferred
3. Certified Field Service Manager (CFSM) certification is highly preferred
4. Excellent communication skills
