About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Claires, you will support your Store Manager with the following responsibilities:

1. Sales and profit: Driving and achieving retail store targets
2. Customer service: Delivering the finest level of customer service
3. Store operations: Keeping the store running smoothly
4. Commerciality: Ensuring your store is well merchandised and commercially correct
5. Team leadership: Assisting Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development
6. Ear piercing: You will receive full training

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year retail management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension
• Customer service-oriented
• Ability to analyze sales reports and problem-solve strategically
• Ability to stand during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Physical activities include bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and assisting customers
• Ability to operate POS system

Compensation Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
