Job Opportunity: Field Service or Pump Shop Manager

We are seeking a Field Service or Pump Shop Manager for a direct hire position with a leading industrial pump repair company in the Bay Area, CA.

Shift Time: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Manage field service personnel for pump repair, maintenance, and installation
• Plan and oversee product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical assistance and on-site support for products and equipment
• Ensure products function properly
• Maximize uptime of equipment and systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant field service management experience
• Experience managing a pump repair team is highly preferred
• Certified Field Service Manager (CFSM) certification is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
