Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a CRS Rental Pump Specialist to act as an inside sales representative for the Cat Rental Store, focusing on pump rentals and related solutions.

You will handle quotes, contracts, and scheduling for pump deliveries and pickups while maximizing fleet utilization and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to work with drivers and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inside sales or equipment/pump rentals preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic internet tools for quoting and tracking rentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide inside sales support for pump rentals and related solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and scheduling for deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate with drivers and technicians to ensure timely service.
• Maintain paperwork and databases with accurate information.
• Offer product knowledge and customer support to meet pumping needs.
• Meet and communicate customer requirements to maximize rental utilization.
• Record daily customer interactions and orders in the system.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide solutions.
