Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is seeking a CRS Rental Specialist to act as inside sales for the Cat Rental Store.

You will manage phone and in-person transactions, ensure top-tier customer service, and work to maximize machine utilization while maintaining rental paperwork and databases. The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and teamwork, along with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to develop relationships and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions for customers over the phone and in person.
• Maintain accuracy of paperwork and databases.
• Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups to meet customer needs.
• Check equipment availability with shop and coordinate maintenance.
• Administer rental agreements with correct dates.
• Record daily logs of customer interactions and calls.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
