Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Foreman to lead Pump & Power projects in Houston, TX. The role involves setting up and tearing down equipment, bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C and water restoration tasks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will motivate crews, develop project plans, delegate tasks, and communicate with customers to ensure successful outcomes. CDL is preferred; physical labor is required. Sunbelt offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with pump and power equipment preferred.
• Leadership experience on construction projects is valued.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in field projects.
• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and equipment operation skills.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate labor for Pump & Power projects.
• Create and execute project plans with the crew.
• Assign tasks to crew members to achieve daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt Rentals in communications with customers and internal resources.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and documentation.
• Keep shop and yard orderly and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Assist with daily project logistics and field operations.
