Job summary

American Pump & Drilling (APD) is seeking a Pump Installation Assistant for the Star Valley area, based in Afton, WY. You will assist technicians with installation and service projects and help load and unload trucks and equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow. CDL is preferred but not required, and MSHA certifications are a plus.

• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pump Technicians with installation and service projects.

• Cross-train into other duties to support the team.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

Pump Installation Assistant - Afton, WY (Star Valley Area)

This position is based out of our Afton, WY location, serving the greater Star Valley area.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Pump Technicians with installation and service projects
• Load and unload trucks and equipment
• Safely lift and move 50+ lbs throughout the day
• Cross-train into other duties to support the team
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
