Pentair plc in New Brighton, MN is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Operator for 1st shift. You will use hand and power tools to assemble pumps per bill of material, test the assembly to specifications, and properly package the product.

The role requires blueprint reading and tool proficiency, with overtime as needed. 1st shift runs 4:00am–2:30pm, with compensation at $20.00 per hour and opportunities for rate increases after training.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and using blueprints.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and test the assembly to documented specifications and pack products.
• Support and promote 5S in the workplace.
• Willingly contribute to development of better methods and increased daily output of production.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to improve Safety and Health programs (AWAIR)
