Job summary

Pentair plc in Delavan, WI is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team on the 1st shift. You will perform assembly, test, and packaging of various pumps, following quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include oil fill, electrical connections, decal application, in-process quality checks, and final packaging. The role requires hands-on work, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs.
• Steel-toed shoes required on the distribution floor.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork environment.
• Shift: 1st shift 5:30am-2:00pm Monday - Friday; Mandatory OT after shift or on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and package pumps.
• Perform oil fill and electrical connections; apply decals for various pump types.
• Administer high-pot and unit performance tests per standards.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
• Perform final packaging operations.
