Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Assembly Operator for the Delavan, WI site to assemble, test, and package a range of pumps. You will perform assembly steps, tests, and final packaging while ensuring quality checks are completed.

The role requires manual handling, standing for shifts, and adherence to safety standards. Overtime is available and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent manufacturing experience.
• Able to stand, walk, twist, lift up to 40 lbs.
• Steel-toed shoes required on the distribution floor.
• Attention to detail and teamwork orientation.

We have an opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join our Delavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of utility, sump, sewage and effluent pumps.

You will:

• Perform assembly operations including: oil fill, electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of utility type pumps.

• Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.

• Perform final packaging operations.

• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience

• Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs

• Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

• Attention to detail

• Teamwork environment

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

• 1st shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday

• Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $18.50/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
