Job summary

Pentair in Delavan, Wisconsin is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our team. You will perform assembly, testing, and packaging of utility, sump, and other pumps, ensuring quality and efficiency.

This role requires at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and steel-toed boots. The position is for 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) with overtime; pay starts at $18.50 per hour plus an 8% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Steel-toed shoes required on the floor.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package various pumps.
• Administer high-pot and unit performance tests per standards.
• Perform final packaging operations.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.
