Job summary

Xcimer in Denver, CO is looking for a full-time Pulsed Power Simulation & Modeling Engineer to develop models for advanced pulsed power systems. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with field solver/particle-in-cell/circuit simulation codes.
• Strong communication skills across disciplines and departments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Work with pulsed power design engineers to generate models of systems and components.
• Create, optimize and validate models of complex physical processes.
• Aid in design of experiments for validation of models.
