Job summary

Columbia Grain International is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-throughput processing facility. You will oversee processing, warehousing, and maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient operations and on-time shipping.

The role requires coordinating with merchandising and logistics to optimize throughput. Qualified candidates have five years in industrial settings, strong leadership, and a track record in process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, Agribusiness certificate preferred.
• Minimum five years in industrial/manufacturing leadership roles.
• Ability to lead a plant team and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance at the facility.
• Monitor receiving, grading, binning, cleaning, processing, blending and shipping.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Transportation logistics for throughput.
• Maintain safety policies and HACCP/SQF compliance.
• Analyze operations data and implement improvements.
