Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• 3 years' experience in both commercial and operations sides of grain business.
• Knowledge of facility cost structures, safety and grain quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grain quality; develop and ensure consistent execution of operations policies.
• Plan and execute capacity utilization, inventory management, quality management, maintenance, and efficiency.
• Report facility results and develop improvement plans for below-benchmark areas.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, performance management, promotions, corrective actions.
• Lead safety and customer service initiatives; coach staff on costs and efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments on logistics and staffing plans; monitor expenses.
