Job summary

ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics in Illinois seeks an Operations Manager to oversee all facility operations, from receiving to shipping and inventory control, with financial accountability for staff activities.

You will guide cost-effective resource use, drive continuous improvement, and lead supervisors while partnering with clients to meet service goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in operations, warehouse, distribution, or related roles.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/warehouse supervision.
• Strong supervisory and leadership track record with coaching and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including Receiving, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control.
• Lead budgeting processes and implement cost-control measures.
• Plan labor and scheduling; ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards.
