Job summary

Aerotek in Marinette, WI is seeking Structural Welders with Pulse Arc experience for a long-term contract on naval vessel work. You’ll perform multi-pass fillet and butt welds in all positions on large-scale ships, with on-site duties in Marinette and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualified candidates have Pulse Arc experience; MIG, FCAW, SMAW and air carbon arc gouging skills are a plus. Pay is $45/hour plus a $140/day per diem, with weekly pay and benefits.

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-pass fillet and butt welds in all positions
• Weld using Pulse Arc (GMAW-P)
• MIG (GMAW)
• Flux-Core (FCAW)
• Stick (SMAW)
• Air Carbon Arc Gouging
• Work on large-scale naval vessels
• Pass MIL-STD-248D weld testing
