TEL Staffing is seeking a skilled Structural Welder for a full-time role at Pensacola shipyards in Florida. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of shipyard welding experience and will weld steel components per blueprints and work orders using MIG/TIG techniques.

The position includes welding in flat, overhead and vertical positions, with a required welding test and a 40-hour work week plus overtime. Transportation is the candidate's responsibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years SHIPYARD experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass a welding test.
• Welding may be performed in flat, overhead, and vertical positions.
• Strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Weld together metal components per blueprints, work orders or supervisor instructions.
• Operate welding equipment and select appropriate processes (MIG/TIG/Stick).
• Prepare parts, set up joints and verify weld quality.
• Follow job safety, quality control and productivity guidelines.
