Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Pulp Mill Foreman for the Arkansas Kraft Division, reporting to the Pulp and Power Superintendents. You will oversee safety, quality, cost, and productivity for the pulp mill and powerhouse crews, driving reliable, high‑performing operations in a highly automated process environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible operations supervisory experience in a paper mill or similar high automation environment.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, fiscal awareness, cost control, and training development.
