Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. in Morrilton, AR is seeking a Pulp Mill Foreman for the Arkansas Kraft Division. You will oversee safety, quality, cost, and productivity for pulp mill and powerhouse crews, reporting to the Pulp and Power Superintendents.

Lead and develop operational crews, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure a reliable, compliant operation. A degreed or experienced supervisor with strong leadership, union experience, and a track record of training

Qualifications

• Degreed or experienced paper mill operations supervisor preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive supervisory experience in a large-scale, automated manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing and implementing training within operational crews.

Responsibilities

• Provide steadfast leadership for safe work practices and environmental stewardship.
• Lead and reinforce running objectives, quality, and productivity across the mill and powerhouse crews.
• Collaborate with area production Superintendents to align with the Arkansas Kraft Division's vision and strategy.
• Develop and coach operational crews in quality and efficiency improvements; coordinate with maintenance to improve facilities.
• Maintain safe conditions and high housekeeping standards across the operation.
