Job summary

Pixelle Specialty Solutions is looking for a Pulp and Utilities Shift Supervisor in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day safety and operations of the Mill’s Pulp and Utilities areas.

The Supervisor will lead a team to improve health and safety performance, ensure environmental compliance, and meet production and quality metrics. A focus on engaging with employees, solving problems, and maintaining operational standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership/management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct shift personnel ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor operations KPIs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance with operators and maintenance personnel.
