• 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives that ensure an accident-free, safe, and productive workforce.
• Deliver results at a low cost, high production without injury or incident and continuously improve production and operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations and shift crew, including safety, problem-solving, and contract administration to meet production goals.
• Work with maintenance personnel to ensure targeted business results in your area of responsibility.
