Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, or another engineering discipline.
• SAP system knowledge, team-building skills, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production and quality data and analyze production issues.
• Implement manufacturing processes and troubleshoot process/equipment issues.
• Manage trials and identify process improvements.
• Assist in outage planning and operational scheduling.
• Analyze weekly and monthly process trends.
• Monitor department costs and develop capital project scopes and budgets.
• Train hourly and salary personnel and review schedules.
• Assist in yearly cost and production budgets.

Education

Bachelor Degree - Chemical Engineering, or Pulp & Paper Science, or other engineering discipline
