Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Downtown Medical Group in Billings, MT. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outpatient care in a pulmonary-focused clinic, working primarily with the pulmonary team.

Minimum qualifications include RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of clinic or acute care nursing experience. A BSN is preferred; duties include triage, education, and coordination within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current/valid RN license from the state licensing board is required.
• BLS or ACLS is required.
• One year related experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.
• Obtains patient consent for care and ensures patient confidentiality.
• Obtains and documents health history, vital signs, chief complaint, and assesses disease condition.
• Executes prescribed treatments and administers medications, monitoring progress and patient response.
