Job summary

Intermountain Health in Billings, MT seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to support the pulmonary team in the Downtown Medical Group. You will perform nursing duties in outpatient clinic settings, follow standing orders, document care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS, and clinic or acute care experience; BSN preferred. 30-hour weekly schedule with rotating day off; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current/valid RN license from state board.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• One year of clinic or acute hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care following standards and procedures.
• Obtain patient consent and document health history and vitals.
• Provide care based on guidelines and regulations; administer medications and monitor progress.
• Refer to physicians and other health providers to address concerns.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management of conditions.
• Document data in medical records and use electronic systems.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes and outcomes.
• Track quality assurance data and monitor acute and chronic care management.
