Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Downtown Medical Group Sleep and Resp Suite in Billings, MT. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an outpatient clinic, supporting the pulmonary team and coordinating with physicians and staff.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in the state, BLS/ACLS, and clinic or acute care experience. BSN is preferred; duties include triage, education, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current/valid RN license from the state licensing board.
• BLS or ACLS certification.
• One year of related clinic or acute hospital nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care following established standards and procedures.
• Obtain consent and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Document health history, vitals, and health risk factors; assess disease condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management of conditions.
• Document data in medical records using standard forms/systems.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes and outcomes.
• Track quality assurance data and monitor chronic care management.
