Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking respiratory care practitioners to staff pulmonary health and rehabilitation programs. The role involves implementing regimens, supporting participants, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include monitoring exercise sessions, collecting data, and assisting with initial assessments and individualized plans in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Twenty-four (24) months recent and relevant experience.
• Current CPR and ACLS certification.
• Current registration or certification in state of practice.
• Specialization or certification in cardiopulmonary clinical area.
• Must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide and implement respiratory regimens within a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate findings and program improvements to rehab team.
• Develop and adjust exercise prescriptions based on patient response and physician guidance.
• Monitor vital signs, oximetry, heart rate, and blood pressure during sessions.
• Assess patients and refer to physicians or staff as needed.
• Document assessments and daily data in participant records.
• Participate in education sessions and program outcomes reporting.
• Attend staff meetings and emergency drills.
