Job summary

Lincare in the United States seeks respiratory care practitioners to staff a pulmonary health and rehabilitation program on a full-time, part-time, or consulting basis. You will implement respiratory regimens, support participants, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will communicate findings to the rehab team, refine individualized plans, apply exercise science, monitor vitals and telemetry, and ensure adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Develop and adjust exercise prescriptions based on GXT and patient response.
• Supervise exercise sessions and monitor responses.
• Measure oximetry, heart rate, and blood pressure.
• Document assessments and report significant changes to physician.
• Observe telemetry when indicated.
• Reported emergencies per hospital policy.
• Contribute to patient outcomes and program evaluation.
• Keep current with pulmonary rehab literature and trainings.
• Attend staff meetings.
