Job summary

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the pulmonary program, including scheduling therapy sessions and managing patient assessments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families on pulmonary rehabilitation techniques and disease management.
• Document patient progress and inform treatment plans based on results.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure seamless transitions and care coordination.
