Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Pulmonary Medical Assistant in Tulsa, OK for a day shift, full-time role. The MA will support patient care, handle administrative tasks, and operate within a care team led by physicians and advanced providers.

Responsibilities include EMR documentation, patient flow support, room preparation, inventory management, and processing referrals/authorizations. A High School diploma or GED and BLS are required, with MA certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• EMR and Microsoft Office knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and report medical history and claims in EMR.
• Greet patients, take vital signs, and support visit flow.
• Sterilize instruments and prep exam rooms.
• Maintain inventory and stocking of supplies.
• Process referrals and insurance authorizations as needed.
