Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enters, maintains, and reports all medical history, medical coding, and files claims using an EMR.
• Patient visit support: greeting patients, escorting to exam room, and recording vital signs.
• Sterilizes and prepares medical instruments; ensures exam rooms are disinfected and ready for patients.
• Maintains inventory and stocks supplies for all exam rooms.
• Manages referrals and insurance authorizations, and coordinates with pharmacies, hospitals, and labs.
