Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum 1 year of lead/supervisor/manager experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and coordinate daily clinic operations.
• Mentor and train PF technicians; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Collaborate with PF Lab staff and directors to improve procedures.
• Oversee IT systems usage and data handling related to PFT weapons (procedures).
• Represent lab in coordinating with Facilities and safety teams.
