Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience.
• 1+ year as lead/supervisor/manager.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pulmonary function technicians and monitor compliance, quality and timeliness.
• Mentor and train new technicians; manage scheduling and timekeeping.
• Collaborate with leadership to propose changes or new procedures to improve efficiencies.
