Relavix Health Group is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Nurse (RN) to deliver specialized pulmonary care in a skilled nursing setting in Minocqua, WI. The ideal candidate has strong pulmonary management experience and can educate residents and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role involves administering pulmonary treatments, monitoring respiratory health, and maintaining thorough documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Formación

• Must hold RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in pulmonary care in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing exceptional respiratory care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct pulmonary-focused nursing care, including administering medications, breathing treatments, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed pulmonary interventions.
• Monitor and assess residents' respiratory status, including oxygen levels, lung sounds, and overall pulmonary function.
• Perform and manage pulmonary care procedures such as chest physiotherapy, oxygen management, and airway clearance techniques.
• Educate residents, families, and facility staff on respiratory health, disease management, and preventive strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, medications, and resident progress per regulatory standards.
