CAREVIEW HEALTH AND REHAB OF MINOCQUA LLC is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Nurse (RN) with strong pulmonary care expertise to provide specialized respiratory nursing in a skilled nursing setting. The role emphasizes management of acute and chronic respiratory conditions, pulmonary treatments, and education for residents and families.

The ideal candidate has experience in critical care or long-term care, a valid RN license, and a patient‑centered approach.

Competenze

• Must possess Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
• Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
• Must have, as a minimum six (6) months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

Mansioni

• Provide direct pulmonary-focused nursing care, including administering medications, breathing treatments, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed pulmonary interventions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in pulmonary nursing and implement best practices in respiratory care.
• Monitor and assess residents' respiratory status, including oxygen levels, lung sounds, and overall pulmonary function.
• Perform and manage pulmonary care procedures such as chest physiotherapy, oxygen management, and airway clearance techniques.
• Educate residents, families, and facility staff on respiratory health, disease management, and preventive strategies to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, medications, and resident progress per regulatory standards
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols, especially concerning pulmonary illnesses and treatments
