Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Respiratory Department in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on tracheostomy care, suctioning, breathing treatments, and pulmonary rehabilitation. You’ll work with Respiratory Therapists and the care team to ensure comfort, dignity, and high-quality care for residents with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Ohio.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient with electronic health records.
• Experience with ventilator/tracheostomy care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a Respiratory Department.
• Collaborate with Respiratory Therapists and interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in SNF setting.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
