Job summary

Relavix Health Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager (RN) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily operations of the nursing department at Careview Health and Rehab of Minocqua in Minocqua, Wisconsin. The role emphasizes quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development within a skilled nursing facility.

The Nurse Manager will lead the clinical team, promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion, and ensure regulatory standards are met while

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience; leadership preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing units.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and management of nursing services.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LVNs, STNAs).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards of care.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor quality measures, infection control, and resident outcomes.
• Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Support surveys, audits, and QAPI initiatives.
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns timely.
• Provide clinical support on the floor as needed.
