Job summary

UC Health is seeking a Manager of Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Operations to lead the Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Clinic, and Sleep Lab services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations. You will partner with physicians, clinical staff, and leaders to drive financial and clinical performance across ambulatory lines.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff performance, and collaborative quality initiatives, while guiding budgeting, reporting, and revenue-cycle improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Health Sciences, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of healthcare leadership or operations management experience.
• Experience supervising teams and managing multiple direct reports.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, productivity monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Clinic, and Sleep Lab services.
• Partner closely with physicians and clinical leaders to improve patient care, workflow efficiency, and departmental performance.
• Implement and monitor operational workflows to achieve access, quality, productivity, and patient experience goals.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure a unified approach to care delivery.
• Participate in organizational committees, leadership meetings, and clinical initiatives.
