Job summary

TriHealth's Sleep Disorders Center in Cincinnati is seeking a Sleep Disorders Center Supervisor to assist the Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, scheduling, recruitment, competency assessment, and quality improvement, while ensuring regulatory compliance. May provide direct patient care as needed.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and patient-centered care with 24-hour accountability, collaborating with providers and center leads to maintain excellence in sleep services.

Qualifications

• Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT, RST, RRT-SDS)
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
• Proficient in performing Polysomnography scoring sleep studies
• Knowledge of sensors and devices used for sleep testing
• 1–2 years experience Supervisor/Lead
• 3–4 years experience Clinical
• High School Degree

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Sleep Disorders Centers and supervise staff.
• Assist in scheduling, recruitment, and competency assessments.
• Ensure quality improvement and regulatory compliance across centers.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care.
• May provide direct patient care as needed.
