Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC seeks an experienced procurement/logistics lead for the Fort Buchanan microgrid project in Puerto Rico. The role covers buyout, expediting, shipping, import coordination, warehousing, and material status within an auditable control system.

You will connect technical approvals, PO terms, fabrication, FAT, transport, and final payment. The candidate will manage long-lead equipment, align PO needs with submittals, and ensure timely delivery to a constrained site

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, material management, or logistics for power/industrial projects.
• Experience managing long-lead equipment and multimodal deliveries to constrained sites.
• Strong commercial terms, expediting, document-control, and vendor performance skills.
• Ability to establish sustained Puerto Rico presence before major field receiving.

Responsibilities

• Develop the procurement plan and award packages for major equipment and BESS options.
• Align purchase orders with submittals, dates, warranties, FAT/SAT, and documentation.
• Expedite engineering, manufacturing, inspections, shipment, and delivery readiness.
• Control receiving, damage reports, storage, chain of custody, and inventory.
• Maintain procurement registers, supplier risk logs, cash forecasts, and commitments.
• Coordinate with CQC, safety, scheduler, field supervision, commissioning, and accounting.
