Job summary

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) seeks a Project Manager to lead the Fort Buchanan installation-level microgrid. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating government communications, engineering, construction, and subcontractors to maintain schedule, safety, and quality.

Based in Puerto Rico, the role requires active engagement with USACE, Fort Buchanan, and major suppliers. Previous federal or mission-critical project leadership is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive construction/EPC experience, with 5+ years in federal/critical infrastructure work.
• Experience managing projects ≥ $25M in value.
• Familiarity with USACE CQC, RMS, CPM scheduling, submittals, change control, commissioning.
• Willingness to work full-time in Puerto Rico and obtain Fort Buchanan access.
• Professional English communication and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution from mobilization through commissioning and warranty transition.
• Interface with USACE, Fort Buchanan, LUMA, and key suppliers.
• Integrate multiple ERP teams into a unified operating rhythm.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, and executive reporting cadence.
• Chair daily coordination and weekly progress reviews with Government involvement.
• Protect scope, schedule rights, quality, and documentation for payments and changes.
• Drive recovery actions to protect critical path milestones.
